傅聪说，第二次世界大战胜利捍卫了人类文明底线，也催生了现行国际法体系。80年前，远东国际军事法庭对日本战犯进行审判，严惩了一批双手沾满受害国人民鲜血的罪魁祸首，伸张了国际正义，维护了人类尊严，也对任何复辟军国主义、再行侵略扩张的不法企图作出强力警示。然而，近来日本首相高市早苗逆历史潮流而动，公然将中国台湾与日本“存亡危机事态”相关联，发出了可能武力介入台湾问题的错误信号，并拒不撤回自身错误言论。
傅聪表示，台湾回归中国是世界反法西斯战争的胜利成果，是二战后国际秩序的重要组成部分，这一铁的事实已从历史上、政治上、法理上得到牢牢锁定。高市谬论粗暴干涉中国内政，背弃日本作为战败国必须履行的国际义务，公然挑战以国际法为基础的国际秩序，严重违反以《联合国宪章》宗旨和原则为基础的国际关系基本准则。中方敦促日方正视历史，反思纠错，以实际行动给国际社会一个负责任的交代。
