However, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated that, so far, Iran has not reached a final conclusion regarding the U.S.-Iran agreement, and the claims circulating about the agreement are mere speculation.

On the same day, Trump reiterated at an event held at the White House that he has reached a "very strong memorandum of understanding" with Iran, which may be signed in Europe this weekend, with U.S. Vice President Pence in attendance. He also mentioned that he has spoken with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, as well as leaders from Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait, and is about to speak with Turkish President Erdogan.
