Recently, a certain brigade of the 71st Group Army conducted a comprehensive coordinated exercise for urban three-dimensional breakthrough, honing the troops' new combat capabilities in complex urban environments.

At the start of the exercise, the red team's reconnaissance vehicle group first launched two types of reconnaissance drones. After identifying the blue team's fire points and sniper positions, attack drones immediately carried out precise destruction. After breaking through the outer defense line, the red team encountered a mixed barrier formed by barbed wire, traffic cones, and simulated minefields set up by the blue team.

The red team's obstacle-clearing unit quickly used a remote-controlled unmanned obstacle-clearing vehicle to approach and detonate explosives, opening a safe passage.

Now, unmanned vehicles clear the obstacles for us, and we operate them remotely from behind, speeding up the process and reducing personnel casualties.

After the red team entered the urban depth, unmanned vehicles provided fire suppression and armored protection in front, while infantry squads coordinated with armored vehicles to clear street fire points.

Ling Mingdong, 71st Group Army Brigade: Concealed fire points are often in places that are not visible. We let unmanned vehicles lead the way, performing reconnaissance and fire suppression, and transmitting real-time images back; infantry assess the enemy situation based on the images and then guide the unmanned vehicles to strike, forming a set of tactics for coordinated operations between manned and unmanned forces.

The remaining blue forces retreated to a multi-story building. Multiple micro-drones from the red team approached the windows from different directions, gathering intelligence on enemy dynamics and transmitting real-time images. Meanwhile, assault teams simultaneously infiltrated from multiple directions, clearing layer by layer and completing the capture of the core target.
