Covert infiltration, target reconnaissance, attack and capture...
Recently, a reconnaissance unit from the 82nd Group Army of the Central Theater Command
seized the golden opportunity of spring training
to create a realistic battlefield environment
and organized a series of coherent exercises
to comprehensively hone the soldiers' practical combat skills.

This exercise closely adhered to real combat requirements.
The soldiers had to complete more than 10 high-intensity tasks within 24 hours.
After receiving the combat orders, each reconnaissance team
quickly relied on topographic maps and Beidou terminals
to assess the situation and plan their routes
to covertly advance towards the target area.

In the deep mountains and dense forests,
the commander issued combat orders in real-time.
The reconnaissance team members, equipped with combat gear,
alternated cover and quickly advanced in the hilly terrain.
During the rush, "enemy situations" arose one after another.
The team members flexibly utilized the terrain and objects to implement covert maneuvers,
crossing obstacles and bypassing minefields.

A large river lay ahead.
The assault team crossed the river first, securing the anchor point.
The remaining team members crossed the river one by one along the rope.
Suddenly, "toxic gas" erupted.
The reconnaissance team members quickly donned protective gear.
Just as they climbed the cliff, they faced high-altitude rappelling.
The team members executed actions such as rope setup, attaching safety clips, and rappelling
in a fluid manner, descending to the valley floor in an orderly fashion.

As night fell, the soldiers quickly began treating combat injuries.
The remaining team members constructed a field cooking unit on-site.
After a brief rest, nighttime reconnaissance was immediately launched.
Each reconnaissance team used
water submersion and crawling through grass to conduct close reconnaissance on "enemy" deep targets,
successfully completing nighttime capture and target location tasks
and transmitting all intelligence data back to the command center.

At dawn, the team members maneuvered to
a weak area behind the "enemy" defense line.
The sniper accurately destroyed key targets.
All personnel and equipment evacuated to the assembly point within the specified time.

This exercise further honed the reconnaissance unit's
capability to carry out diverse special operations tasks
by constructing complex enemy situations and handling emergencies,
forging a reconnaissance spearhead that can "deeply penetrate enemy lines and engage in invisible battles."
