On July 2, Xinhua News Agency reported from Moscow (Reporter Zhou Liang) that Dmitry Medvedev, Vice Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, stated that after Finland lifted its ban on the deployment of nuclear weapons on its territory, it has become a target for Russian nuclear strikes.
