Xinhua News Agency, Moscow, February 13 (Reporter Hou Ming) The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced on the 13th that it will prosecute four individuals involved in the attack on Russian Army Major General Alekseyev on charges of terrorism.

According to a report by TASS, citing comments from Investigative Committee spokesman Petrenko, the motive for the attack on Alekseyev was to intimidate the public and undermine government stability.
