Germany: Israel's Arms Trade Has "Systemic Flaws"

以色列总理内塔尼亚胡因据称在没有咨询高级安全官员的情况下默许德国向埃及出售先进潜艇而受到批评。
据《国土报》报道，内塔尼亚胡为自作主张辩解，称“以色列有一些秘密，只有总理和少数人掌握”。
