Iran: Destroying Three Sets of US "THAAD" Missile Defense Systems; US: Similarly Dealing a Heavy Blow to Iran's Air Defense Capabilities
The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated on the 4th that satellite images show that the third set of "THAAD" missile defense systems deployed by the U.S. military in the Middle East has been hit. This missile defense system is located at the Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan.
The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps posted on social media that it had previously destroyed two sets of "THAAD" missile defense systems located in the UAE.
U.S. Central Command Commander Cooper stated on the 3rd that the U.S. and Israel have conducted nearly 100 hours of military operations against Iran, targeting nearly 2,000 Iranian sites.
On the same day, Cooper released a video statement on social media, saying that the U.S. military has dropped over 2,000 munitions targeting nearly 2,000 sites, destroying hundreds of ballistic missile launchers and drones, severely weakening Iran's air defense capabilities.
