Xinhua News Agency, Tehran, March 31 - According to a report by the Islamic Republic News Agency on March 31, Iran's Ministry of Science, Research and Technology announced that student dormitories across the country will be closed starting from the 31st until further notice, and all classes will transition to online teaching starting April 5.

Recently, universities and research institutions in Isfahan, Iran, have been repeatedly targeted by airstrikes from the United States and Israel. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran warned that, in response, it will designate universities in Israel and American universities in the West Asia region as "legitimate targets." Two American universities in Lebanon and Jordan announced on the 29th that they would temporarily switch to online mode.
