Katz made this statement while attending an event at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, in response to a report by the "Times of Israel" on the 3rd. The "Times of Israel" cited reports from foreign media stating that Iran has warned the United States that if Israel attacks a target in southern Lebanon housing Iranian military personnel and Hezbollah militants, Iran will respond forcefully.
