On the evening of the 25th local time, the Israel Defense Forces announced that the military is striking Hezbollah infrastructure in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon and other areas within Lebanese territory.

On the same day, Gabi Naaman, the mayor of the northern Israeli town of Shlomi, issued a warning on social media stating, "The conflict may escalate further tonight and in the coming days, and residents must remain more vigilant than usual."

Naaman indicated that, in light of the recent surge in drone attacks by Hezbollah from Lebanon, he has requested the military's rear command and the Israeli education department to suspend the offline education system and fully transition to online remote teaching.
