Xinhua News Agency, Jerusalem, June 14 (Reporters Pang Xinyi and Chen Junqing) Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said on the 14th that he ordered the Israeli military to strike Hezbollah targets in the Dahiya area in the southern suburbs of Beirut, Lebanon.

Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Katz stated in a joint statement that they instructed the military to carry out this round of attacks in response to Hezbollah's fire into Israeli territory. On the same day, the Israeli military announced in a statement that it had "precisely struck" Hezbollah infrastructure targets located in Dahiya.

Earlier that day, the Israeli military reported that air defense alarms were sounded in several areas of northern Israel, warning of "enemy aircraft intrusion," and subsequently, two "suspicious aerial targets" fell within the Israeli side of the temporary border with Lebanon.

The Israeli military has recently been conducting ongoing military operations in southern Lebanon. On the 13th, the Israeli military issued a statement saying that in the past 24 hours, it had struck over 70 Hezbollah military targets in southern Lebanon, while also killing several armed personnel.
