金正恩首先参观技术升级的生产区，具体了解了现代化情况。金正恩指出，朝鲜军工产业要周密细致地做好经济部署、生产及技术改造工作指挥，使其符合军工产品生产和现代化工作的现状。
金正恩对该企业生产的多用途精确制导武器进行了评估。金正恩指出，朝鲜的战术制导武器系统潜在的军事技术能力和效果很好，其军事效用价值将来能代替火箭炮系统；朝鲜从今年上半年起，就按编制给重要部队列装该武器系统。为了满足国防省和总参谋部筹划的各部队装备需求，有必要把现行生产能力再扩大2.5倍左右，并且要对改善协作产品质量的问题予以特别关注。（总台记者 董海涛）
