Xinhua News Agency, Kuwait City, July 12 (Reporter Yin Zha) - The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces stated on the 12th that several border outposts in the northern part of the country and an offshore oil platform were attacked that day, resulting in one worker being injured.
