Reporter: At the 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum, representatives from various countries unanimously mentioned that only China and the Beijing Xiangshan Forum can bring together representatives from various parties involved in current global conflicts to express their views. What is your comment on this?

Jiang Bin: After 20 years of development, the Beijing Xiangshan Forum has grown into a globally recognized platform for international security and defense dialogue. This year, the forum once again gathered guests from various countries, achieving significant results. First, it promotes equal dialogue through openness and inclusiveness. The forum does not set preconditions or divide into camps, insisting that regardless of a country's size or strength, everyone can take the microphone to express their security demands and explain their security concepts; the forum is like a "table where anyone can sit down," which has been praised by representatives from various countries. Second, it consolidates global consensus through Chinese concepts. The concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and the four global initiatives advocated by China transcend the old mindset of camp confrontation and zero-sum games, providing new paradigms and solutions for addressing the global security deficit and improving global security governance. Third, it responds to international concerns with targeted topics. Keeping pace with the evolution of the global security situation, the topics set at the forum precisely address the traditional security pain points that countries are generally concerned about, as well as emerging security challenges in areas such as military applications of artificial intelligence and space security governance, effectively promoting solutions to today's problems and mitigating tomorrow's risks for the common security of all humanity. Fourth, it promotes peace and stability by seeking common ground while reserving differences. The forum respects the differences in security interests and positions of various countries, and the exchange and candid communication among parties involved in hot conflicts have become a major feature. Here, rational restraint replaces tension, and every dialogue and listening adds a bit of hope for achieving peace.
