As the weather starts to cool down in the DC-area, AFA’s Air Space & Cyber conference is heating up in National Harbor, Md. Chief of Space Operations Gen. Doug Schiess’s keynote address headlined the second day of the show where he told the audience that about 10 percent of the Space Force’s planned efforts for the months ahead can’t proceed without a new spending bill, or a special congressional carveout.
