On the 16th local time, Moscow Mayor Sobyanin reported that since early that morning, the air defense system had shot down a total of 60 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones heading towards Moscow. This is one of the largest drone attacks launched by Ukraine since the beginning of this year. The attack caused damage to facilities at a Moscow refinery, and the resulting fire has been extinguished.
