Peskov Hints at Possibility of Meeting Between Russian and Ukrainian Leaders, but Conditions Must Be Met

On the 25th local time, a reporter from the Central Station learned that Russian President's Press Secretary Peskov responded to the prospects of a meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian leaders in a segment of an interview released that day. Peskov did not deny the possibility of a meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian leaders. However, Peskov also pointed out that extremely detailed preparations must be made at the expert level before any serious high-level meeting can take place.

Peskov also stated that the current "utmost efforts" of the Kyiv regime are not aimed at seeking a peaceful solution, but rather to obtain "huge sums" from Europe.
