The new configuration represents another step in the continued development of modular armament options for the IKA-20-M military-grade multicopter. Following previous configurations equipped with aircraft rockets and aerial bombs, the machine-gun configuration further demonstrates the adaptability of the platform and its ability to support different mission-relevant payloads in accordance with defined operational requirements.
The IKA-MACHINE-GUN (pr-dc.com/ika-machine-gun) is based on the IKA-20-M drone, a certified military-grade hexacopter designed for autonomous day and night operations and capable of supporting multiple mission-relevant payload configurations in accordance with defined operational requirements.
The demonstrated machine-gun configuration highlights the adaptability of the IKA-20-M platform and its ability to support multiple armament options within a modular operational concept. To date, the system has been configured to carry aerial bombs, aircraft rockets, and a 7.62 mm machine gun with a 250-round ammunition capacity.
