They must participate in the unified written examination at the designated time and place with both the admission ticket and a resident ID card (temporary resident ID card); both documents are required.
Recruitment Targets
The recruitment targets for military civilian personnel are graduates of ordinary higher education institutions or social talents.
Among them, graduates of ordinary higher education institutions include both recent graduates and non-recent graduates.
Recent graduates refer to those who graduate in 2027 and obtain the corresponding graduation and degree certificates in that year;
Non-recent graduates refer to those who have not secured a job within two years from the date of graduation, whose household registration, archives, and organizational relationships remain at the original graduation school, or are retained at various levels of graduate employment management departments (Graduate Employment Guidance Service Centers), various levels of talent exchange service agencies, and various levels of public employment service agencies as graduates of ordinary higher education institutions in 2025 and 2026.
The targeted recruitment objects include the spouses and children of military martyrs and military personnel who died in the line of duty, siblings of unmarried military martyrs, and spouses of active-duty military personnel.
Application Conditions
Physical Conditions
Applicants must meet the physical examination standards for the recruitment and employment of civilian personnel as stipulated in the "Military Selection Standards for Officers and Civilian Personnel." Among them, the height standards generally follow the "Military Selection Standards for Officers and Civilian Personnel," and the employing unit may appropriately relax them according to the selection needs of civilian personnel, but males must not be less than 160 cm, and females must not be less than 155 cm.
Age Conditions
For those applying for management positions below level nine or junior professional technical positions, the age must be between 18 and 35 years old (born between November 1990 and November 2008);
For those applying for level eight or level seven management positions or intermediate professional technical positions, the age must be between 18 and 45 years old (born between November 1980 and November 2008).
Application Method
The Military Talent Network, "China Military App," and "August 1 App" are the designated websites and mobile clients for the release of information regarding this public examination.

Candidates can register through the Military Talent Network (http://www.81rc.mil.cn or http://81rc.81.cn).
Job recommendations and application tracking can be queried in the "China Military App."

The registration fee is 50 yuan per subject. Only successful payment and printed registration receipts constitute valid registration; candidates who pass the preliminary qualification review can apply for adjustments to their registered positions from 8:00 on November 13 to 18:00 on November 14. This is a limited window for position selection error correction. After the adjustment window closes, candidates who have not completed adjustments will retain their original registration position qualifications; however, those who pass the review for the new position will have their new position locked and cannot adjust again.
Note: The military civilian recruitment only publishes examination outlines, does not designate any reference books, and does not hold or authorize any organization to hold tutoring training classes; any promotion of teaching materials or courses in the name of military units or military personnel, promising "guaranteed passing" or "internal quotas," is suspected of fraud.
Important Matters to Note
1. Real-name and real-person authentication is required in advance
The 2027 announcement and application guidelines clearly state: After entering the registration system, applicants must complete account registration and real-name real-person authentication to query positions and register; during registration, real-name real-person authentication must be done by scanning the code through the "National Network Identity Authentication" App. After uploading the photo, it must also be verified through the same App.
2. "Dual Qualification" System
Starting from 2026, the Political Work Department of the Central Military Commission will set the passing scores for public subjects and various professional subjects according to a ratio of 90% of candidates passing; candidates who meet the passing scores for both public subjects and professional subjects will be listed in order of their written examination scores from high to low.
If a candidate scores zero or is absent for either the public subject or professional subject exam, their written examination score will be invalid, and they will not be included in the list of candidates.
3. For cultural and sports positions, interviews precede written examinations
Applicants must first register with the employing unit for interviews based on the recruitment position plan released uniformly by the entire military and the recruitment guidelines for cultural and sports employing units. Only those who pass the interview will qualify to register for the unified written examination of the entire military, and from 8:00 on November 17 to 18:00 on November 18, 2026, they can log in to the Military Talent Network position query and online registration system (website: https://wzryzk.81rc.mil.cn/qjwzwb) to pay the registration fee and print the registration receipt.
