Recently, the Southern Theater Command Navy
a certain landing ship detachment
Wuzhishan Ship, Changbaishan Ship
and Kunlunshan Ship formed a naval formation
and headed to a certain sea area in the South China Sea
to conduct multi-subject, high-intensity
realistic combat training
Combat alarms were sounded
The formation urgently departed from the dock
and rapidly maneuvered towards the designated sea area
Upon arriving at the designated sea area
the ships in the formation quickly engaged in training
Main guns fired at targets on the shore
accurately covering beach targets
Secondary guns engaged in air defense
successfully intercepting incoming aerial targets
and completing fire suppression
The formation then deployed smoke screens
and the ships executed tactical evasion
successfully shaking off "enemy" reconnaissance locks
As night fell
the sea and air were pitch black, and the wind and waves increased
the formation transitioned to shipborne helicopters
for night takeoff and landing exercises
Deck landing lights guided the flight path
for precise landings and rapid takeoffs
multiple flights and batches were conducted continuously
effectively enhancing the coordination capability of shipborne helicopters
with the mother ship
This training involved multiple subjects interspersed
successfully completing hovercraft docking and undocking
shipborne helicopter day-and-night takeoffs and landings
and deploying smoke screens among other training subjects
comprehensively testing and enhancing the formation's
capability to carry out mission tasks
