Reporting in! I am the battlefield "Machine Mastiff"!

In May this year,
at the Military Intelligent Technology Equipment Expo,
reporters on site saw a "Machine Mastiff."
The "ferocity" of the Machine Mastiff
is reflected in its open base,
which can carry various equipment.
With such a base,
the smaller "Shadow Mastiff" can carry machine guns,
reconnaissance equipment, and self-destructing devices,
focusing on covert reconnaissance, enemy infiltration, and silent maneuvering.

It achieves visible light, infrared, and ultraviolet
three-spectrum detection and reconnaissance,
adapting to complex scenarios such as mountains and fields.

The larger "Iron Mastiff"
can carry an integrated reconnaissance-strike firepower platform,
transport boxes, rocket launchers, etc.

It supports 240° wide-range shooting
and can autonomously pursue targets,
taking on tasks such as frontline assaults and fire support.

The Machine Mastiff has both wheeled and quadrupedal forms.
The wheeled form is designed for speed,
capable of executing pursuit missions,
and excels in flat, open areas.

The quadrupedal form of the Machine Mastiff has better mobility,
able to traverse buildings and obstacles,
which is its "specialty."

Exhibitors stated that in future warfare,
it will definitely integrate into system combat capabilities,
forming group control, group strikes,
and task allocation with autonomous situational awareness,
autonomously assigning tasks and forming task loops.
Various unmanned equipment
will collaborate within a command system.
Military expert Wang Mingzhi introduced that
AI-enabled Machine Mastiffs will be widely used on the ground battlefield,
fundamentally changing infantry combat modes.
The core is machine-led combat, human-controlled,
human-machine collaboration, and air-ground integration.
During an attack, the Machine Mastiff can be deployed in advance,
taking the lead in infiltrating high-risk areas.
During defense, the Machine Mastiff can disperse its configuration,
taking on all-around and key control tasks.
As an open base,
the Machine Mastiff can be configured according to different tasks and scenario needs,
combining high and low, light and heavy,
integrating with infantry units.

In terms of networked collaboration,
embodied intelligence will enable the Machine Mastiff
to autonomously follow and avoid obstacles in infantry combat,
networking in clusters, especially with human infantry,
and wearable intelligent individual systems,
transforming the Machine Mastiff from a cold tool
into a "warm comrade."
