新年度军事训练号角已经吹响，各部队基础训练正如火如荼展开。和往年相比，现在军事基础训练有什么特点？一起了解。
目前，各部队新年度基础训练，专场化任教、集约化组训、模拟化训练、标准化考核的“四化”组训法全面推开。和以往相比，教练队伍更加专业，训练组织更加集约，科技赋能更加有力，考核评估更加科学，而且不仅仅满足于单兵、单装基础课目的训练，而是积极融入联合作战、体系训练的整体设计。
陆军步兵学院教授 苏冠峰：新年伊始，部队全面铺开基础训练，这是筑牢部队战斗力根基的重要举措，可以统一训练标准，补齐能力短板，强化作风养成。
只有把每一个单兵、每一型装备、每一类作战要素训到位，才能为后续实战化训练奠定坚实基础，才能使联合作战的"底盘"更加强固。
与以往相比，当前基础训练的实战化、体系化、科技化特征更为凸显。训练不再局限于具体动作或技能，而是紧密对接作战任务，融入体系训练整体设计，强化技战术实战运用。同时，广泛运用模拟训练系统、智能考核设备等科技手段，使训练质效显著提升。
