On May 13 local time, Igor Babushkin, the governor of Astrakhan Oblast in Russia, stated that Ukrainian drones attacked a gas processing plant in the region that day. All drones were shot down or suppressed by electronic warfare means, but falling debris caused a fire. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire will be controlled within a few hours, and there were no casualties.
