On the 16th, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian military conducted airstrikes on cargo ships located at the port of Odesa, which were transporting supplies for the Ukrainian military, and attacked a drone production workshop near Odesa port and a docking area for Ukrainian patrol boats near the port of Vilkovo. Additionally, in the Black Sea waters east of Odesa, the Russian military struck a cargo ship transporting Western weapons to Ukraine.

The report also stated that on the same day, the Russian military used ground-based and air-based precision weapons and long-range attack drones to carry out cluster strikes on military enterprises in Kyiv, a refinery in Poltava Oblast, and a metallurgical plant in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Ukraine claims to strike Russian large logistics hub and missile systems

On the same day, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense posted on social media that the Ukrainian military launched a large-scale drone attack on the logistics hub of the Russian e-commerce platform Wildberries located in Moscow Oblast in the early hours. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense stated that this logistics hub covers an area of 250,000 square meters and is the largest warehouse facility of Wildberries. As of now, 7 out of 10 large warehouses of Wildberries have ceased operations due to the Ukrainian military's attacks.

The Ukrainian Navy also stated on the same day that it struck the Russian military's "Bastion" missile system and launch positions deployed in Crimea in the early hours. The Ukrainian Navy noted that the Russian military has frequently used the "Bastion" missile system to launch "Onyx" supersonic missiles and "Zircon" hypersonic missiles to attack southern Ukraine and other regions.
