Russian Foreign Minister: Russia does not accept Ukraine's proposal for "at least 60 days of ceasefire"
新华社莫斯科1月29日电（记者耿辉凰）俄罗斯外交部长拉夫罗夫在俄外交部网站29日发布的通报中说，俄方不接受乌克兰总统泽连斯基寻求的“至少60天停火”。
通报说，拉夫罗夫接受土耳其媒体采访时重申，俄方不接受乌方再次寻求至少60天或更长时间停火。缘由是，俄罗斯对乌克兰发起特别军事行动近4年来，任何一次停火都被乌方用来补充武器和兵力，为乌方换取喘息之机积蓄力量继续对俄作战。
拉夫罗夫说，俄方未见泽连斯基一直所称的俄乌“和平计划”文件，俄方认为，乌克兰和欧洲方面“大幅修改”美国提出的原版方案，并试图向美方“兜售”这份“和平愿景”。
谈及美国对乌安全保障协议时，拉夫罗夫表示，他没有看到协议，所以不作评论。
拉夫罗夫还表示，俄乌冲突实际上是俄罗斯与西方之间“更广泛的冲突”，乌克兰是西方用来在俄边境建立据点的“棋子”，对俄罗斯安全构成直接威胁。
