Russian media: In the past 24 hours, thousands of Russian drones have attacked Ukraine.

The report states that in the past 24 hours, over 1,000 "Geranium" drones have attacked Ukrainian military targets. Such a large-scale strike is unprecedented in the "special military operation," with almost the entire territory of Ukraine engulfed in flames of war.

Among them, military targets in Kyiv were struck by Russian "Iskander" ballistic missiles, and over 30 cruise missiles were launched from Russian strategic bombers towards Kyiv.

According to AFP, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated on social media on the 14th that the Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of the 13th had resulted in 5 deaths and about 40 injuries. He stated, "These actions are certainly not those taken by those who believe the war is about to end. It is important that our partners do not remain silent about this." French President Macron condemned the large-scale airstrikes launched by Russia on Kyiv on the 14th, stating that it demonstrates Moscow's "weakness" and its "inability to end the war."

On the previous day, Zelensky stated via social media that Russia is launching one of the longest large-scale attacks against Ukraine.

The Russian "Tsargrad" television website reported on the 14th that from the night of the 13th to the early morning of the 14th, Russian airstrikes continued throughout the night. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated on the night of the 13th that Russian aviation, attack drones, missiles, and artillery forces struck 147 areas of Ukrainian military targets, mainly including energy and transportation infrastructure used by the Ukrainian military, drone assembly and storage facilities, launch sites, ammunition depots, and temporary deployment points for Ukrainian forces and foreign mercenaries.

According to a report by Reuters on the 13th, Russia's large-scale drone attacks on critical infrastructure in western Ukraine prompted NATO member Poland to urgently deploy fighter jets in response. The new Hungarian government condemned Russia's attacks on the Hungarian community within Ukraine. Prime Minister Orban stated after the first cabinet meeting of the new government that he summoned the Russian ambassador on Thursday morning. For security reasons, Slovakia closed its border crossings with Ukraine.

According to a report by the "Moscow Komsomolets" on the 14th, Ukrainian Defense Ministry advisor Sergey Besskrestnov stated that the Russian military has adopted new tactics in this large-scale strike against Ukraine, with Russian drones flying along the Belarusian border, only 5 to 10 kilometers from the border. Russian military expert Vladimir Popov stated that this is a reciprocal response to Ukraine's use of the Baltic air corridor to strike Russia.     

While the Russian military is conducting large-scale airstrikes against Ukraine, the Ukrainian military continues to strike Russia using drones. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated on the 14th that from the night of the 13th to the morning of the 14th, Russian air defense forces shot down a total of 36 drones over 12 regions.
