On September 1, Xinhua News Agency reported from Moscow (Reporter Zhao Bing) that the leader of the Luhansk region appointed by Russia, Pasechnik, stated on social media that the Ukrainian armed forces used drones to attack several civilian vehicles in the region on the same day, resulting in 4 deaths and 3 injuries.

Pasechnik noted that all the injured received timely medical assistance. He also mentioned that in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military attacked vehicles, residential buildings, industrial areas, and civilian infrastructure in 9 towns in the region.

Currently, staff from the Russian Federal Investigative Committee are investigating the consequences of the Ukrainian military's attack.
