Xinhua News Agency, Riyadh, September 15 (Reporter Luo Chen, Wang Haizhou) - Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Saudi-led coalition, stated early on the 15th that the Yemeni Houthi forces launched attacks on "civilian targets in multiple locations in Saudi Arabia" using ballistic missiles and drones on the 14th, resulting in 13 civilians being injured.

In a statement posted on social media, Al-Maliki mentioned that the attacked cities included Khamis Mushait, Abha, and Taif. The statement condemned the attacks by the Yemeni Houthi forces and emphasized that the coalition would respond firmly.

The Houthi-controlled Masirah TV reported on the 14th that the organization launched dozens of ballistic missiles and drones at the King Khalid Air Base located in Khamis Mushait, a city in southwestern Saudi Arabia. The report cited a statement from Houthi spokesperson Yahya Saree, claiming that the targets of the operation included the fighter jet hangars, radar systems, runways, and ammunition depots within the base, and that the attacks were "precise and direct, causing significant damage."
