Xinhua News Agency, Riyadh, October 11 (Reporter Luo Chen, Wang Haizhou) - Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Saudi-led coalition, issued a statement early on the 11th, saying that the Houthi armed group in Yemen attacked a terminal at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, on the 10th, resulting in casualties among passengers and airport staff.

In the statement, Al-Maliki referred to the attack as a "terrorist attack" and stated that it "constitutes a war crime." The coalition will respond resolutely to this attack.

The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation issued a statement early on the 11th, saying that the attack on the airport has resulted in 12 deaths and 309 injuries. The deceased include 4 Saudis, 2 Bangladeshis, and the remaining 6 individuals are from the United States, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Palestine, and Sudan.
