Xinhua News Agency, Shanghai, March 20 (Sun Wei, Deng Zhaolan) The South African Navy frigate "Amatola" successfully completed its visit and exchange activities and departed from a military port in Shanghai on the afternoon of the 20th.

This visit marks the second time South African naval vessels have visited China since 2008. Since arriving on March 15, the Chinese and South African navies have organized activities including ship tours, professional technical exchanges, and cultural and sports exchanges.

After leaving port, the "Amatola" will form a fleet with our Navy's Fuyang ship to conduct joint maritime exercises.
