The leadership of the crew team explained that in the past, each crew team trained "independently," with training resources being relatively scattered and the talent cultivation cycle being long, leading to a prominent contradiction of "equipment waiting for talent." Now, the higher-ups have integrated the training resources of various crew teams, and on the basis of ensuring normal readiness training tasks, they have unified the allocation of crew members across units for boat training, significantly shortening the talent cultivation cycle and accelerating the growth and development of crew members.
