Xinhua News Agency, Washington, April 12 - U.S. President Trump stated on the 12th that the United States will block the Strait of Hormuz, "it will take some time."

In an interview with Fox News, Trump mentioned that the U.S. will also deploy more minesweepers to the Strait of Hormuz, and that the UK and other countries are also sending minesweepers.
