乌克兰能源部3日通报称，扎波罗热核电站于3日凌晨因战斗行动失去一条关键高压输电线路供电。
此外，乌能源部还表示，俄军当日凌晨再次对尼古拉耶夫州和赫尔松州的能源基础设施发动袭击，赫尔松热电厂再度遭袭。袭击还导致尼古拉耶夫州部分用户断电。目前，应急抢修工作正在进行中。
