Xinhua News Agency, Kyiv, June 28 (Reporter Li Dongxu) - Ukrainian President Zelensky stated on social media on the 28th that the Ukrainian military carried out long-range strikes on two oil refineries within Russia in the early hours of the day.
Zelensky said that the Ukrainian military attacked the Slavyansk oil refinery in the Krasnodar Krai, which is about 300 kilometers from the front line; the Ukrainian military also struck an oil refinery in Yaroslavl Oblast, which had been attacked by the Ukrainian military in May of this year. He stated that the Ukrainian military will continue to carry out operations to "weaken Russia's ability to wage war."
