Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Approves Appointment of Hryhoriy Hamala as Defense Minister
The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada approved the appointment of Yevgeny Hmara as Minister of Defense with 312 votes in favor on the 19th.
According to Ukrainian sources, Hmara joined the "A" Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine in 2011, and in August 2025, he became the head of the "A" Special Operations Center.
