A document obtained by Politico shows that the U.S. Central Command, responsible for military operations in the Middle East, has requested more intelligence personnel to be dispatched to its headquarters in Tampa, Florida, to support this military operation, which is expected to last at least 100 days and possibly extend until September.
The report states that this is the first time the Central Command has requested additional intelligence personnel since the large-scale military operation against Iran launched by the U.S. and Israel on February 28, indicating that the duration of the conflict may far exceed what President Trump initially anticipated, highlighting the Trump administration's failure to adequately predict the chain reactions of the conflict.
