Parnell stated on the 20th that since July 7, Iran has launched multiple attacks on U.S. military bases in the Middle East, resulting in "various degrees of injury" to nearly a hundred U.S. military personnel, with "most" involving "mild concussions."
The New York Times reported on the 19th that the U.S. military has concealed the number of personnel injured in the conflict in Iran; the Pentagon had regularly reported the number of injured U.S. military personnel but stopped updating it in recent weeks.
Parnell claimed that the U.S. military has not concealed or misreported the casualty numbers in the conflict in Iran, and the Pentagon's "Defense Casualty Analysis System" website will be "updated regularly."
