On March 1 local time, Iran released footage of the strike on the U.S. MQ-9 drone.
On the same day, the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that the Revolutionary Guard's air defense system, under the control of an integrated air defense network in southern Iran, locked onto and destroyed a U.S. military MQ-9 drone.
