At noon local time on the 10th, the Russian Ministry of Defense released a report stating that in the past 24 hours, the Russian military had struck Ukrainian energy and transportation infrastructure, logistics centers, attack drones and parts assembly workshops and warehouses, as well as Ukrainian troop deployment points. Russian air defense forces shot down 11 guided aerial bombs and 1,134 fixed-wing drones.
