According to comprehensive reports from Iran on the 8th, gunfire was heard in the vicinity of the Strait of Hormuz within two hours. Additionally, an explosion occurred again that day in the Iranian city of Sirik, near the Strait of Hormuz, with the cause of the explosion unknown. Sirik is a port city in Hormozgan Province in southern Iran, close to the provincial capital of Bandar Abbas. Earlier on the morning of the 8th, explosions were reported in Sirik, Bandar Abbas, and another city in Hormozgan Province, Minab.

Iranian sources: The situation has returned to calm, but clashes may erupt again
