The initial verification mainly includes basic information such as the recruit's age, household registration, and educational level, which does not require manual operation and is automatically verified by the system.

Recruitment Physical Examination

The recruitment physical examination is a selective examination, and the standards differ from those of a health examination. Passing a health examination does not mean passing the recruitment physical examination. The physical examination standards for recruits can be checked on the China Recruitment website or mobile APP.

Male soldiers are required to undergo examinations in surgery, internal medicine, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, dentistry, auxiliary examinations, and basic adaptability tests for soldiers; female soldiers additionally require gynecological examinations.

The examination station implements closed management and numbered examinations, and doctors cannot see personal information. The examination uses a dedicated system with intelligent monitoring and alarm functions, and any data modifications are traceable throughout the process.

After the examination, individual results will be communicated on-site. The examination conclusions can be checked on the China Recruitment website or the China Recruitment mobile APP; do not trust any unofficial channels.

Political Assessment

The political assessment mainly examines the individual's thoughts and actual performance, as well as understanding the motivation for enlistment. For ordinary soldiers, family members with general criminal records will not be affected; however, the standards are stricter for those with political conditions, and recruitment agencies, public security personnel, and military reception staff will conduct home visits and investigations.

After passing the physical examination and political assessment, recruits must also participate in pre-service education, during which they should maintain a regular schedule and avoid excessive fatigue.
