Yemeni pro-government media: Houthi armed group attacks merchant ship, resulting in 3 deaths
Xinhua News Agency, Kuwait City, August 11 (Reporter Yin Zhao) Aden news: According to Yemeni pro-government media reported on the 11th, the Houthi armed group attacked a commercial ship passing through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait that day, resulting in the death of 3 crew members.
A Yemeni pro-government television station reported that the attack resulted in the death of 3 crew members, including 2 Pakistani nationals and 1 Indonesian national, with another 7 crew members injured and 1 crew member missing. The report did not specify the details of the attacked vessel or the type of weapons used in the attack.
The media also stated that the Houthi armed group launched a drone attack in the same maritime area that day, injuring at least 3 members of the Yemeni Coast Guard.
