Xinhua News Agency, Kyiv, November 6 (Reporter Li Dongxu) - Ukrainian President Zelensky stated on social media on the evening of the 6th that in response to the Russian military's attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, Ukraine's strikes against Russian oil refineries will continue.

Zelensky said that on the same day he received reports from the Ukrainian Armed Forces and security forces regarding long-range strikes. He noted that Ukrainian power plants, power grids, heating systems, water supply facilities, and civilian logistics systems are under continuous attack from Russian drones and missiles.

He also mentioned that the Russian side has refused to accept the de-escalation measures proposed by Ukrainian partners and plans to launch further attacks, stating that Ukraine has determined its response measures. Ukraine's long-range and medium-range strikes, along with the full pressure from partners, will create momentum for "real negotiations."

Russian President's Press Secretary Peskov told the media on the 3rd that the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to launch attacks on Russian energy infrastructure, while the Russian side continues to carry out "systematic strikes" on Ukraine's infrastructure to weaken its attack capabilities against Russia.

Peskov also confirmed that trilateral talks between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine regarding the Ukraine issue will be held from the 10th to the 11th in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
