Zelensky says Russian attacks have resulted in 22 deaths and 130 injuries in Ukraine
On June 2 local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated in an evening video address that Russia launched large-scale attacks on multiple cities in Ukraine, resulting in 22 deaths and 130 injuries, among the deceased were two children.
Currently, Ukrainian rescue, police, municipal, and emergency personnel are continuing to carry out firefighting, personnel search and rescue, and medical treatment for the injured.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on the 2nd that the Russian Armed Forces launched a large-scale strike on Ukraine from the night of the 1st to the morning of the 2nd, utilizing various types of air-based, land-based, and sea-based long-range precision-guided weapons, including hypersonic ballistic missiles and drones, targeting Ukrainian defense industrial enterprises, fuel storage and transportation facilities, and military airports.
