28 Civilians Killed in Attack in North Darfur, Sudan

民间机构“紧急律师倡议”在一份声明中说，快速支援部队先用无人机轰炸穆斯塔里哈镇卫生中心、市场、民房等多处民用设施，随后对该镇发动全面地面进攻，造成平民伤亡、房屋焚毁，引发当地恐慌，迫使大量民众流离失所。
民间机构“苏丹医生网”表示，快速支援部队的袭击导致穆斯塔里哈镇唯一的卫生中心被毁，中心内多名医务人员遭袭、一人被掳走。该机构谴责此次大规模袭击公然违反人道主义法，并呼吁紧急保护平民，追究肇事者责任。
快速支援部队尚未就上述声明作出回应。
穆斯塔里哈镇是苏丹里泽加特部落一分支首领穆萨·茜拉的据点，以达加洛为首的快速支援部队高层多名人员出自该部落。此次苏丹武装冲突爆发后，穆萨·茜拉公开表态支持苏丹武装部队。
2023年4月15日，苏丹武装部队与快速支援部队在首都喀土穆爆发武装冲突，战火随后蔓延至其他地区。持续近三年的武装冲突造成大量平民死亡。
