记者：据报道，近期菲美日澳位黄岩岛附近海空域开展所谓“联合巡航”，美菲举行战略对话称中方在南海的活动对地区和平稳定、印太乃至更广泛地区经济造成不利影响。请问对此有何评论？
张晓刚：美等域外国家不远万里来南海炫耀武力，蓄意拱火滋事，是制造紧张的乱源所在；菲方“倚外闹海”、兴风作浪，不断对中方进行侵权挑衅，损害地区国家共同利益，是不折不扣的麻烦制造者、和平破坏者。
中国对南海诸岛及其附近海域拥有无可争辩的主权，对相关海域拥有主权权利和管辖权。中方在本国管辖海域正常活动，采取必要措施维护主权和权益，正当合法、专业克制、无可非议。中国军队始终保持高度戒备，坚决反制任何侵权挑衅行径，绝不让任何祸乱南海的图谋得逞，维护好南海和平稳定。
