Ukrainian Energy Minister: Energy Equipment Aid from Multiple European Countries is Arriving in Ukraine逐步到达
新华社基辅1月22日电（记者李东旭）乌克兰能源部22日在社交媒体发文说，乌方已收到欧洲6国提供的新一批50吨能源装备，近期还会有其他能源装备援助陆续运抵乌克兰。
据乌第一副总理兼能源部长什梅加尔介绍，荷兰、德国、瑞士、芬兰、西班牙和挪威提供的这批人道主义援助包括变压器、配电板、发电机等。此外，捷克提供的一批能源装备预计23日运抵乌克兰，另有400台发电机正从波兰运往乌首都基辅。
什梅加尔说，目前已收到20批能源装备援助，这些装备已被运往乌“燃料和能源综合体”以及关键基础设施，他已责令相关部门负责人迅速分配援助物资，“因为这关系到恢复居民供电和供暖速度”。
乌总理斯维里坚科当天在社交媒体发文说，为确保停电期间乌全国通讯畅通，她当天会见了乌移动运营商代表，他们表示将努力确保乌民众能获得稳定的语音通话和短信服务。目前乌移动运营商已配置1.5万台发电机作为基站备用电源，超过8000座基站目前使用发电机供电。
近期，受空袭和低温天气影响，乌克兰全国多地出现停电停暖，首都基辅能源供应尤为紧张。乌政府日前宣布能源系统进入紧急状态，并调整宵禁规定，允许居民夜间前往户外应急点取暖。乌国家紧急情况局在基辅设立24小时开放应急点，提供取暖、充电和网络服务。基辅市政府近日在社交媒体发文建议工商企业节省户外广告照明用电以缓解基辅用电压力。
