P-18 was a Soviet mobile VHF early-warning radar derived from earlier Spoon Rest systems.

The P-18 Terek, NATO reporting name Spoon Rest D, was developed as a Soviet mobile 2D VHF radar for air surveillance and target acquisition. It evolved from earlier P-12/P-18 Spoon Rest family concepts and became widely exported with Soviet air-defense systems. The radar's importance comes from mobility and frequency band. VHF radars are large and less precise than fire-control radars, but they can detect targets at long range and cue other systems. P-18 became a common component of layered air defense rather than a stand-alone weapon.
