Coast Guard Martyr Sacrificed During Enforcement Scene Released After Being Rammed by Smuggling Boat
On December 9, 2025, at the Dongzhi duty point in Pearl Bay, Fangchenggang, Guangxi, law enforcement officer Qiao Helin, who had just completed a 13-hour night shift, applied to go for an inspection after receiving a report of smuggling. Unfortunately, he was violently struck by a smuggling boat that maliciously slowed down and made a sharp turn.
After 55 hours of intensive search and rescue, on the afternoon of December 11, Qiao Helin was confirmed to have heroically sacrificed his life at the age of only 25.
